Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shipping Operations Executive/Assistant in Athens. The role involves managing export documentation, coordinating forwarding and freight activities, communicating with various stakeholders, and ensuring efficient shipping operations. The candidate will be involved in operational support, monitoring shipments, and liaising with port agents and other partners to resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Export Documentation and Export processes
  • Knowledge of Forwarding and Freight operations
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
