**Customer Data Operation & Analyst Specialist Leader**
Η θέση έχει ως κύριο στόχο την εξασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας και διαχείρισης ποιοτικών δεδομένων πελατών και την ανάπτυξη αναλύσεων παρέχοντας αξιόπιστες πληροφορίες για την αξία, τις ανάγκες,τις προτιμήσεις και τις τάσεις των πελατών. Ο ρόλος συνεργάζεται στενά με τον CRM Business Leader και τον Loyalty Specialist Leader της ίδιας ομάδας αλλά και με cross functional ομάδες και κυρίως με Digital Product Owner, Marketing Performance, τις ομάδες CX των καταστημάτων για την εξασφάλιση ότι τα δεδομένα ανταποκρίνεται στις ανάγκες των χρηστών και ευθυγραμμίζονται με τους επιχειρηματικούς στόχους.
**Βασικές αρμοδιότητες**
- Ανάλυση δεδομένων πελατών-μελών με actionable insights για τη δημιουργία ενεργειών αύξησης της αξίας, της συχνότητας και της επαν-ενεργοποίησης των μελών.
- Ξεκάθαρη δημιουργίας brief & συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για την ανάλυση advanced analytics μελών (π.χ segmentation analysis)
- Δημιουργία αναφορών παρακολούθησης βασικών KPIs που βελτιώνουν την απόδοση του προγράμματος αφοσίωσης (μέσω Power Bi, excel).
- Στενή συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς και εσωτερικούς συνεργάτες για την εξασφάλιση ποιοτικής & GDPR compliance ανταλλαγής δεδομένων πελατών. Συμμετέχει ως εκπρόσωπος του Marketing στην ομάδα GDPR των κεντρικών για τη διασφάλιση υλοποίησης βάση προδιαγραφών του Ομίλου.
- Εξασφάλιση εύρυθμης λειτουργίας της CRM πλατφόρμας & της καταχώρησης των πόντων και κουπονιών του προγράμματος πιστότητας στη βάση των μελών μέσω αυτοματοποιημένων και μή τρόπων, ενώ υποστηρίζει την εκπαίδευση των χρηστών. Εφαρμόζει ευέλικτες προσεγγίσεις και δράσεις για συνεχή βελτίωση των λειτουργιών (καθορίζει απαιτήσεις και προτάσεις)
- Δημιουργία εργαλείων παρακολούθησης δεικτών σε διάφορα customer projects βάση αναγκών
- Συνεργάζεται στενά με CRM Business Leader και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες έρευνας για τη διαχείριση ερευνών προς πελάτες με σκοπό την αύξηση της γνώσης των σημείων προς βελτίωση και διατήρηση.
**Ικανότητες**
- Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ στα πεδία Στατιστική, Data Analysis, Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων. Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών θα εκτιμηθεί
- Πολύ καλή επάρκεια χρήσης Excel (Pivots, VBA), Power BI & δεξιότητες οπτικοποίησης δεδομένων
- Κατανόηση των λειτουργιών πλατφόρμων CRM
