Για την επίτευξη του στόχου αυτού, η εταιρεία εφαρμόζει στην οργάνωση της, την διαχείριση απόδοσης (performance management) και αναζητά:
**Διευθυντή**ς** **Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού**
(Human Resources)
ο οποίος / η οποία θα είναι μέλος της ομάδας διοίκησης και διαχείρισης του ξενοδοχείου (Performance Management Team) και θα αναφέρεται στον Γενικό Διευθυντή.
Αυτή η ευκαιρία καριέρας είναι ιδανική για ελληνόφωνους ειδικούς στη Διαχείριση Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού (HR experts) που εργάζονται στο εξωτερικό σε brand managed ξενοδοχεία ως HR Managers / Directors και επιθυμούν να επιστρέψουν στην πατρίδα τους για να επανενωθούν με την οικογένειά τους, αναζητώντας μια μακροχρόνια καριέρα που θα επιτρέπει την ισορροπία μεταξύ προσωπικής ζωής και εργασίας (life-work balance), ενώ παράλληλα θα λαμβάνουν εξαιρετικές αποδοχές και παροχές.

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΉ ΤΗΣ ΘΈΣΗΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΊΑΣ
Αναζητάμε Διευθυντή / Διευθύντρια Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού Ξενοδοχείου (Hotel DNA Manager) για ξενοδοχειακή εταιρεία που διαχειρίζεται ξενοδοχεία στην Κρήτη και την Σαντορίνη, στην Ελλάδα.
Η θέση αυτή προϋποθέτει πλήρη απασχόληση στην έδρα του ξενοδοχείου για το οποίο ο/η Hotel Commercial Manager θα είναι υπεύθυνος. Η θέση δεν μπορεί να λειτουργήσει σε καθεστώς απομακρυσμένης εργασίας (not remote job).
Τοποθεσία απασχόλησης: Κρήτη ή Σαντορίνη, Ελλάδα.
ΚΑΘΉΚΟΝΤΑ ΚΑΙ ΥΠΟΧΡΕΏΣΕΙΣ
Διαχείριση της λειτουργίας του συστήματος ανθρώπινου δυναμικού του ξενοδοχείου, ώστε να διασφαλίζεται ότι το προσωπικό είναι διαθέσιμο και ικανό να παρέχει την ποιότητα του προϊόντος και των υπηρεσιών που απαιτούνται για την επίτευξη της ικανοποίησης των πελατών.
Να διαχειρίζεται το Σύστημα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ώστε να διασφαλίζει την ανάπτυξη της διατήρησης του προσωπικού, την επιβράβευση του άριστου προσωπικού και την ενθάρρυνση της παραγωγικότητας.
Οι αρμοδιότητες στον τομέα του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού περιλαμβάνουν, μεταξύ άλλων, τη γνώση και τη χρήση:
- Διαχείριση της στρατηγικής ταλέντων (Talent Strategy) για την ελαχιστοποίηση της αντικατάστασης προσωπικού, την μέγιστη ανταμοιβή της απόδοσης, την δημιουργία αρμονικού εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος, τη διασφάλιση της ανάπτυξης και της διατήρησης του προσωπικού, την επιβράβευση του άριστου προσωπικού και την ενθάρρυνση της παραγωγικότητας.
