For our 5-star city hotel, Life Gallery Athens, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Hotel Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hotel
• Champion the company's values and guide the team in aligning their actions with the organizational culture and goals. 
• Lead and coordinate all departments to ensure smooth operation
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to boost bookings and visibility
• Handling guest issues and complaints efficiently
• Building guest relationships with a focus on enhancing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Monitoring budgets, expenses, and revenues, contributing to the achievement of both quantitative and qualitative KPIs
• Ensuring all operations comply with health and safety regulations
• Involvement in cross-functional projects such as certifications, audits, site inspections, etc.
• Implementing and maintaining guest service standards that reflect the Group's values

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Hotel or Operations Manager in a 5-star hotel
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Management, P&L analysis, reporting, and budgeting
• Solid experience in the operations of city hotels with exposure to MICE and corporate clientele
• A background in Food & Beverage operations will be considered a strong asset
• Familiarity with sales strategies and proactive involvement in B2B and B2C sales initiatives
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Protel, POS, guest experience software) and Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and strategic reporting
• Excellent command of the English language; additional foreign languages are a strong asset
• Familiarity with all relevant hospitality legalities, certifications, and compliance guidelines
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
• Strategic and innovative thinker with a results-oriented mindset
• Genuine passion for guest experience excellence and continuous improvement
