Amvyx S.A., the leading importer and distributor of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Greece is seeking to recruit for its Sales Department a:

Hotel Sales Supervisor

The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and will be a member of the Amvyx sales team, involved with promoting the AMVYX portfolio which includes champagnes, spirits, wines and non-alcoholic drinks, to the hotel sector.

The right candidate will be involved amongst others in:

  • Proposing, designing and implementing sales development plans and programmes specifically for hotels.
  • Concluding annual/seasonal agreements which include consumption goals for the company's portfolio.
  • Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to prepare tailored proposals covering the needs of each client.
  • Cooperating closely with the sales team across the country to identify new and develop existing cooperation opportunities in the hotel sector.
  • Working closely with hotel management to identify and propose the best solutions to cater for their needs in spirits and wine.
  • Analysing market insights and data in the hotel industry.

Qualifications & experience required for the position

  • University degree in Business and/or Marketing or related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in key account sales, preferably related to the Spirits Industry and/or FMCG or as a member of hotel F&B team.
  • Ability to travel frequently to areas outside Athens – for example Crete, Rhodes, Corfu, Cyclades.
  • Experience in working with budgets, creating reports.
  • Knowledge of the Greek hotel industry trends and developments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, outgoing personality.
  • Professionalism & negotiation skills.
  • Team oriented player that thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Proven excellent use of English language (oral and written) is required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
