As our Housekeeping Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our esteemed guests. You will lead, mentor, and inspire our dedicated housekeeping team to ensure that each corner of our hotel reflects the exceptional service we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all housekeeping operations, guaranteeing impeccable service and cleanliness throughout the hotel
  2. Develop, implement, and refine efficient housekeeping procedures and standards to optimize performance
  3. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-functioning team
  4. Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and service delivery
  5. Conduct full daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with our cleanliness standards
  6. Supervise inventory control for linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies to maintain operational efficiency
  7. Oversee laundry operations
  8. Adherence to health and safety policies and procedures
  9. Work closely with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a housekeeping management role within a hotel or hospitality environment
  2. Certification in hospitality management is an advantage
  3. Ability to effectively use electronic devices, including PCs, email platforms, and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
  4. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  5. A strong commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
  6. Meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
  7. Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus
  8. Hands-on, solution-driven mindset
