Customer Care Representative / Full Time Job ( κωδ. θέσης C CR- 0323 )
O/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών της iStorm και θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για:
Την εξυπηρέτηση εισερχομένων κλήσεων πελατών
Την προώθηση προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών & τη δημιουργία ευκαιριών πωλήσεων
Τη δημιουργία και αποστολή προσφορών και την καταχώρηση παραγγελιών
Την ανάπτυξη πελατειακών σχέσεων προσφέροντας εξυπηρέτηση υψηλών προδιαγραφών
**Απαιτούμενα προσόντα**:
Πολύ καλή γνώση σε λύσεις και προϊόντα Apple σε επίπεδο Hardware και Software (iOS, MacOS)
Γνώση SAP & CRM θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office
Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
Συνδυαστική σκέψη και πελατοκεντρική διάθεση
Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους)
Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε σχετικούς εργασιακούς ρόλους (Contact Center Agents, Customer Care Representatives κλπ.) θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
