Κατόπιν συνεχόμενης ανάπτυξης εντός και εκτός Ελλάδας, αναζητούμε έναν φιλόδοξο άνθρωπο για την στελέχωση του Τμήματος Πελατειακής Υποστήριξης και συγκεκριμένα για την θέση του Customer Service Coordinator ο/η οποίος/α θα αναφέρεται στην Διεύθυνση Πελατειακής Υποστήριξης της εταιρείας.
Βασικά στοιχεία προφίλ υποψηφίου
Πολύ καλή γνώση Office (outlook, word, excel), συστημάτων ERP (επιθυμητή γνώση Softone) και CRM.
Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση τουλάχιστον 2 έτη (προυπηρεσία σε θέση B2B θα προτιμηθεί).
Λοιπές δεξιότητες υποψηφίου
Επικοινωνιακές & κοινωνικές δεξιότητες.
Αποτελεσματική διαχείριση του χρόνου.
Διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.

Συντονισμός Ομάδας Εξυπηρέτησης
Reporting Δραστηριότητας Τμήματος
Καταχώρηση, παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών.
Αντιμετώπιση και επίλυση προβλημάτων.
Δημιουργία σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης με τους πελάτες & ικανότητα αναγνώρισης των αιτημάτων των πελατών για την γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση τους.
Ανταπόκριση στους ποιοτικούς και ποσοτικούς στόχους της εταιρείας.
Καταχώρηση και ενημέρωση πληροφοριών στο σύστημα διαχείρισης πελατών της εταιρείας (CRM).
Συνεργασία με το τμήμα πωλήσεων (back up sales, παρακολούθηση stock).
Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών εκτός Ελλάδας (εξαγωγές).
