dmc - coordinator
to join a corporate travel agency. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our corporate clients, ensuring their corporate events are flawlessly executed. Responsibilities
:

  • Comprehension of the overarching objectives, purpose and financial parameters of the event.
  • Plan, coordinate, organize and book all aspects of travel (airline ticketing, accommodation, transportation, activities)
  • Communication and management with suppliers.
  • Organization and management of audiovisual media, decoration, transportation, accommodations, and any other needs related to the event.
  • Adaptation to the budget of the specific event.
  • Planning the overall event (organizational chart of duties, time plan, etc.)

Qualifications
:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language, written and verbal.
  • Intermediate French Level (B1, B2)
  • Ability to travel within Greece.
  • Flexibility in working hours
