Hellas Direct is a dynamic and innovative insurtech company dedicated to redefining insurance and making customers' lives better by providing them with personalised and affordable insurance solutions. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Claims Customer Service member to join our Garages team.
What you will be doing
You will be part of the Garages team and help increase our lead generations efforts. More specifically, you will:
- Answer calls from customers regarding the status of their claim.
- Provide help and support to garages that have subscribed to our HD+ platform.
- Maintain and update our list of garages.
- Market research on new garages and aim for the ones with enhanced features.
- Liaise with Product, Business Development and Claims teams to enhance HD+ platform features.
- Manage community of Premier League and Registered garages.
- Promote Premier League garages to insured customers in need and follow up to gain insights.
- Have targets regarding the onboarding of partnered and registered garages in the platform.
