During your day you**

will:

• Draft several legal documents (mostly of civil and pena

l law).
• Prepare all types of commercial contracts with suppliers and/or customers and/or affiliated companies in Greece and/or abroad, indicatively, but not limited to, service contracts, electricity supply contracts, lease contracts, debt settlement contract

s, etc.
• Support NRG in claiming overdue a

mounts.
• Contact independent authorities on various matters regarding customer legal a

ffairs.
• Monitor the compliance of the company with Law 4548/2018, drafting minutes of the Board of Directors & General As

sembly.
• Held research case law/legislation/providing opinions mainly in civil, commercial and energy law m

atters.
• Support company in the preparation of files for the participation in public and private t

**enders.
