Job Title: Applications and Sales Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Applications and Sales Engineer to join our team in Athens, Greece. This is a dynamic role that involves delivering innovative industrial and technical solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new opportunities and develop new markets for SOL HELLAS S.A.
  • Promote innovative technical solutions associated with gases to clients and partners.
  • Work closely with sales, technical, and engineering teams to develop and implement new solutions.
  • Manage Major Accounts - Clients and deliver services to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements, and secure winning deals.
  • Create, develop, and implement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Conduct business analysis and present recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (MBA considered as a plus).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant positions, preferably in an industrial or technical environment, with B2B sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • P&L responsibility and strategic planning expertise.
  • Solution-oriented with advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Polite, compassionate, accountable, and well-organized with a proactive approach.
