Scientific Gas Sales Consultant

SOL HELLAS S.A., a leading manufacturer and distributor of technical and medical gases, seeks an experienced Scientific Gas Sales Specialist to join their team. Job DescriptionTo drive innovation and support scientific advancement, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Sales and Business Development:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field is preferred, along with experience in sales, preferably in laboratory-related products or services.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Sales and Business Development:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field is preferred, along with experience in sales, preferably in laboratory-related products or services.
The role involves identifying and targeting potential new customers, presenting and promoting scientific gases and related services, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
A market analysis and strategy mindset is essential, requiring the ability to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to grow market share.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting and administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in the CRM system.
