**Job Title:** Scientific Gases Sales Specialist

SOL HELLAS S.A., a leading producer and distributor of technical and medical gases, is seeking an experienced sales specialist to drive innovation and support scientific advancement in the pharmaceutical, academic, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new customers within the specified sectors, present and promote scientific gases and related services, and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, conduct regular visits to client sites, and offer customized solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Understand product portfolios, provide technical guidance to customers, and collaborate with technical teams to address customer queries.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, and develop effective sales strategies to grow market share.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and analyze customer insights.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field; proven experience in sales, preferably in laboratory-related products or services.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to explain technical concepts clearly, results-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
