Η Α&Μ Architects (https://am-) ενισχύει την ομάδα της και αναζητά Ηλεκτρολόγο ή Μηχανολόγο Μηχανικό, με φιλοδοξία, συνέπεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα, για πλήρη απασχόληση στο γραφείο της στην Αθήνα.

Ο νέος συνεργάτης θα ενταχθεί σε ένα δυναμικό και διεπιστημονικό περιβάλλον, με άμεση συνεργασία με τα τμήματα μελέτης και κατασκευής της εταιρείας, συμμετέχοντας σε σύνθετα και απαιτητικά έργα στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Εκπόνηση μελετών Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων για κτιριακά έργα (Ηλεκτρικά – ισχυρά και ασθενή ρεύματα, Μηχανολογικά – HVAC, υδραυλικά, πυρασφάλεια, ενεργειακή απόδοση)
  • Σύνταξη τεχνικών εκθέσεων και τεκμηριώσεων για υφιστάμενες εγκαταστάσεις ή προτεινόμενες λύσεις
  • Σύνταξη τευχών δημοπράτησης (τεχνικές προδιαγραφές, προμετρήσεις, προκοστολογήσεις)
  • Επιτόπια επίβλεψη και παρακολούθηση εργασιών Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων
  • Συντονισμός με αρχιτεκτονικές και στατικές μελέτες σε όλα τα στάδια σχεδιασμού
  • Επίβλεψη και παρακολούθηση Η/Μ εργασιών σε εργοτάξια
  • Συμμετοχή σε τεχνικές συναντήσεις και συνεργασία με ομάδες έργου και πελάτες
  • Ενημέρωση και συμμόρφωση με κανονισμούς και πρότυπα (ΚΕΝΑΚ κ.λπ.)

Requirements

Πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολόγου ή Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού (ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ)

Επαγγελματική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε ανάλογη θέση

Άριστη γνώση AutoCAD και Η/Μ υπολογιστικών προγραμμάτων

Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος)

Άριστη χρήση MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Οργανωτικές και συντονιστικές ικανότητες

Ικανότητα τήρησης χρονοδιαγραμμάτων σε fast track έργα
