We are searching for 3 Mechanical Engineers for the company's new construction

projects. As Mechanical Engineer, you will mentor other staff, interpret client

briefs, and review contracts and designs. You should have leadership skills,

extensive knowledge of CAD software.

What will you be doing?

You'll be the technical presence, overseeing the full execution of mechanical

installations for major projects. You'll lead teams, manage subcontractors, and

serve as the critical link between the design team and the reality of the

construction site.

From reviewing plans and inspecting machinery, to resolving technical

challenges and reporting progress, you'll be at the heart of every decision that

keeps the site moving and the quality uncompromised.

• Take full ownership of the mechanical installation works across large-scale

construction sites.


• Lead, supervise, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safely, on

time and to spec.


• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and clients, ensuring alignment

at every stage.


• Oversee the delivery, inspection, and commissioning of mechanical equipment

and materials.


• Represent our client in construction meetings and correspondence with

professionalism and clarity.

Requirements:

University degree in Mechanical Engineering and be a member of ETEK.


• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing mechanical installations for

large-scale electromechanical projects.


• Confidence to led site teams and be trusted to take full control of the field,

from drawings to delivery.


• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and oral


• Organized, technically sharp, and fluent in Microsoft Office tools like Excel

and Word.
