Your Responsibilities- Manage and respond to email inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training to develop your skills and knowledge about our services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in email support or customer service is preferred but not required.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team when necessary.
