Join our Operational Finance Team as a Finance Administration Assistant. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations organized and efficient, helping ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing the Director's calendar and coordinating appointments with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Reviewing contracts, engagement letters and reports from external auditors
- Preparing and providing the external auditors with the requested material for audit procedures
- Handling and providing support for the related parties process
- Monitoring and handling the timely execution of the Internal Audit issues, assigned to the Team, using JIRA platform
- Scheduling and when required attending meetings to take minutes and to provide general assistance
- Acting as Digital change ambassador for the Operational Finance department – providing input and support to the Team
- Preparing the deck the Operational Finance Team must use for the BoDs (Opap Cyprus, Neurosoft, Tora Wallet and Horse Races) and reviewing the MoM of the BoDs and highlighting the tasks assigned to the OFD
What you need to succeed:
- BSc in Business Administration or any other relevant field
- 1+ years of similar working experience in administrative roles
- Good knowledge of team processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Keen attention to detail and multitasking prowess in a fast-paced environment
- Very good communication skills both in English and Greek languages (written and oral)
- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel
