A dynamic company in the field of health and consumer product manufacturing and trading is looking to strengthen its team with a Buyer – Product Development for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor inventory to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Conduct market research and evaluate new products and suppliers (mainly international, but also suppliers from Greece).
  • Negotiate commercial agreements focusing on quality, price, and delivery times.
  • Track and execute orders through ERP/CRM systems.
  • Carry out all necessary actions to accurately forecast available stock and maintain it at desired levels based on expected deliveries, consumption, and new order forecasts.
  • Follow up with suppliers from order placement to delivery for smooth handling of the entire process until stock is recorded in the company.
  • Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Finance departments to ensure optimal order execution.
  • Participate in new product development and inventory procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar position in purchasing or procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
