Our milestone initiatives include: COREbeat our end-to-endPredictive Maintenance Platform, and the CORE Innovation Centre, a private non-profit research organization that provides industrial R&D and Industry 4.0 solutions using cutting-edge technologies like Machine Learning, Robotics, Big-Data, and Digital Twins.

We are expanding our Innovation Management Department and we are looking for a Junior Innovation Consultant who is passionate about new technologies, innovation, and shaping the future of Industry 4.0.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of Exploitation strategies and business models for technology organisations, research centres, and universities.
  • Assist in the management, coordination and reporting of EU-funded Projects.
  • Translate research and market insights into clear recommendations, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct market, policy, and state-of-the-art research with a focus on Industry 4.0 and emerging ICT technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal innovation management methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in business consulting, innovation consulting, or technology consulting.
  • Experience with EU-Funded Projects (highly desirable)

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Innovation Management, Business, Information Technology, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Innovation Management, Business Administration/Management or related business area is a plus.
  • A combined Business and Technical background is a strong advantage.

Professional

  • Familiarity with Business Model Generation tools, e.g. Business Model Canvas/Value proposition Canvas or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Competitive analysis methodologies (e.g. Porter 5 Forces, or similar).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent English Communication skills (oral, written, and comprehension).

  • Team player with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Other

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
