What will you do?
Interact effectively with existing customers via calls, emails or chat in both Italian and English
Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
Resolve technical issues efficiently
Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
Candidate profile
Native or fluent Italian speaker
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy and a problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn new technologies
