What You'll Do:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.

- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.

- Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best customer experience.

- Maintain records of interactions in the company's system.

What We're Looking For:

- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) native or near-native level.

- Good command of English (for internal communication).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
