Role Overview:

As a Customer Support, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, offering responsive and professional support through phone, email, chat, and social media. Your goal will be to assist with account management, payments, and technical issues—ensuring every interaction is positive and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication platforms

  • Help users with account setup, access issues, payment concerns, and basic troubleshooting

  • Act as a dependable and empathetic resource, especially for customers in the sports sector

  • Address inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care

  • Build lasting customer relationships through clear and compassionate communication

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
