IT Administrator

IT Administrator is responsible for the daily support of the company's employees in computerization issues either in software or hardware, with the installation of computers and their maintenance. The role extends to the installation and maintenance of software for employees and customers as well as the provision of services to customers.

EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES

· Provides hosting and domain services to customers and maintains the systems.

· Acts as an aid to the Production team for issues related to server settings.

· Technical Support to customers in Hosting & Domain issues.

· Offers support to customers.

· Creates the supporting material whenever there is a need.

INTERNAL ACTIVITIES

· He is the link with MICROSOFT for any related Health Issue.

· Administer, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure including Servers, Networks, Endpoints, Cloud Resources, Printers etc.

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (Printers, Servers, Endpoints etc), software, and network issues promptly.

· Manages user accounts (O365 Microsoft), permissions, and access controls with an emphasis on security and compliance. 

· Proposes solutions and ensures security, privacy and back up.

· Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or patches as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's activities.

· Ensures the implementation of procedures and practices so that the company is compatible with GDPR legislation.

· Maintain IT documentation, IT Asset Inventory, and Procedures.

· Provide technical support and training for staff on IT best practices and system use.

· Ensure adherence to IT policies, data protection regulations, and company standards.

· Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and new technology implementations.

· Participates in the drafting of contracts with suppliers and customers in its area of responsibility.

· Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business goals. 

· Maintains and enriches his professional and technical knowledge.

· Degree TEI or IEK in Informatics

· Experience of at least 2-3 years in a corresponding position

· Very good knowledge in operating systems (Windows/Mac/Linux) and peripherals, Microsoft SQL Server, Internet Information Services (IIS), DNS functionality, mail service, virtualization services (mainly Azure Services, such as VMs, Load Balancers, Security Groups, Application Gateways, VPN, etc.) and Office 365 services.

· Experience in Sitecore and/or Umbraco and/or Kentico and/or Solr installation/configuration

· Very good knowledge of English

· Knowledge of GDPR predictions desirable

· Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-305, AZ-140 CompTIA Network+, Linux+) will be considered a plus.
