ERP / WMS

  • Provide day-to-day user support for ERP and WMS

  • Troubleshoot functional and data ERP issues

  • Manage ERP user accounts, permissions, and roles

  • Manage Erp reports, and parameters with guidance from senior staff

  • Document and update ERP processes, configuration and inventories

  • Collaborate and contact with internal and external stakeholders and vendors

  • Install and configure I.T software and hardware

  • Provide basic support for Microsoft Operating Systems

  • Manage user Accounts (Active directory, Etc)

  • Yeastar Pbx Support

  • Manage first-level issues with Microsoft 365 and emails

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or business systems support

  • Hands-on experience with Known ERP or WMS

  • Attention to detail & organizational perception

  • Analytical & problem solving skills

  • Time MANAGEMENT skills

  • Collaboration
