Καθήκοντα

  • Υποστήριξη χρηστών σε λειτουργίες του ERP συστήματος

  • Καταχώρηση και έλεγχος δεδομένων

  • Παρακολούθηση και επίλυση βασικών τεχνικών θεμάτων σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα IT

  • Συμμετοχή σε projects βελτίωσης και αναβάθμισης του ERP

  • Εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη χρηστών σε καθημερινές λειτουργίες

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ή σπουδές σε Πληροφορική.

  • Βασική γνώση ERP συστημάτων ή λογιστικών/επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών

  • Καλή γνώση MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε ERP ή helpdesk

  • Γνώση βάσεων δεδομένων (SQL)

Επιθυμητές Γνώσεις & Δεξιότητες

  • Γνώση δικτύων και υπηρεσιών IP (καλωδίωση ethernet, switches, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS)

  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση του PowerBI για visualizations και reports

  • Εμπειρία σε γλώσσες προγραμματισμού (π.χ. VB)

  • Εμπειρία στη ρύθμιση και αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων υλικού (PCs, εκτυπωτές, switches)

  • Υποστήριξη στην εγκατάσταση δικτυακού και Voice-over-IP εξοπλισμού
