Η Optimal για λογαρισμό πελάτη της, ηγέτιδα εταιρεία ηγέτιδα εταιρεία στο χώρο της χρηματοπιστωτικής και δανειακής διαχείρισης, αναζητά Asset Managers.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση χαρτοφυλακίου Retail Servicing με σκοπό την εξεύρεση βιώσιμης λύσης.
  • Παρακολούθηση & διασφάλιση της μηνιαίας επίτευξης του budget.
  • Διαπραγμάτευση με τους δανειολήπτες και συντονισμός των εμπλεκόμενων μονάδων της Εταιρίας.
  • Εισηγήσεις προτάσεων αναδιάρθρωσης και οικονομικών μεγεθών.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ανώτατου εκπαιδευτικού ιδρύματος, κατά προτίμηση με κατεύθυνση στα Οικονομικά ή Χρηματοοικονομικά
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία στη διαχείριση Retail portfolio τουλάχιστον 4 έτη
  • Πολύ καλό επίπεδο επιχειρηματικής σκέψης με έμφαση στην ανάλυση και τον εντοπισμό αναγκών του πελάτη
  • Άριστη ικανότητα διαπραγματεύσεων και επικοινωνίας
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και χειρισμού MS Office
