Overview

Brook Lane Capital is seeking a Technical Asset Management Analyst to join our Athens team. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the technical and operational management of a large, complex real estate portfolio. You will play a key role in supporting the Asset Management team, ensuring smooth legalisation and maturity processes for assets, and coordinating with both internal engineers and external consultants.

Primary Responsibilities

· Support the Technical Team in day-to-day administrative activities

· Manage and coordinate the assignment of tasks to external engineers and consultants

· Follow up on project timelines and ensure timely submission of deliverables

· Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

· Organise, archive, and update technical documentation and project files

· Assist with data collection, reporting, and basic review of submitted documentation (plans, reports, legalisation documents)

· Track progress on property maturity milestones and maintain status reports

· Help ensure all documentation is compliant with legal and internal standards

Required Skills & Experience

· Academic background in Engineering (Civil Engineer, Rural & Survey Engineer or related field)

· 1-3 years of relevant experience

· Strong Microsoft Office suite (Excel a must)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

· Highly organised and strong multi-tasking skills

· Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented

· Familiarity with technical or engineering processes
