POTAMITISVEKRIS is actively seeking to expand its dynamic team by adding a talented Associate to our growing Transactional Real Estate practice area.

Joining our team means working at the forefront of high-end transactions, including both direct acquisitions and share deals relating to a variety or real estate assets, commercial lease agreements, large-scale construction and development projects, and overseeing asset management and service level agreements. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to tender processes, infrastructure development, and other significant initiatives within the industry.

Role

Lead and support real estate asset/share deals (SPAs), commercial leases, development and construction contracts, asset-management/SLA frameworks, and tenders, concessions, and infrastructure projects

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years
    experience in real estate transactions and/or real-estate M&A, construction, asset management
  • Excellent Greek & English
  • Strong drafting/advocacy and matter management
