Orizory is an Independent Real Estate Asset Management Company offering end-to-end Property Management and REO solutions to Financial Services industry and Private Equity funds. Our robust regional network of bailiffs, technicians, civil engineers and brokers ensure high quality services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as a Sales Executive in our sales department alongside a highly motivated team. You will be responsible for real estate marketing activities to promote properties for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Visit Real Estate brokers network for monitoring the performance of the assigned portfolio and align strategy with the results achieved. Follow up performance KPIs.
  • Communicate with end customers and investors for marketing and promotion purposes of our Real Estate portfolio under management.
  • Supports international business development activities and maintain accounts
  • Prepare reports regarding commercialization activity of the Real Estate portfolio under management

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in sales
  • Excellent command of the English language both verbal and writing
  • Computer literacy
  • Business acumen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
