In-Office Sales Development Rep for Cloud Solutions

We are hiring one driven English-Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to specialize in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) market for a major cloud services provider. This is an essential in-office role where your efforts directly contribute to business growth across diverse industries.
The Opportunity (1 Position Open): As an SMB-focused SDR, you will be the initial point of contact for small business owners and key IT staff. You will educate them on how cloud tools and services can solve their everyday operational challenges, increase efficiency, and enable scalability. This role provides intensive training on technology products, consultative selling skills, and pipeline management, setting you up for rapid advancement.
What You Will Do:
- Targeted Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective SMB clients primarily through outbound calling and email sequences to qualify their interest in adopting new technology services.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct professional and engaging conversations to identify the prospects current pain points, budgetary constraints, and decision-making timeline.
- Opportunity Identification: Accurately assess leads against pre-defined qualification criteria (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.) to determine viability for the sales pipeline.
- System Maintenance: Ensure all lead activity, customer insights, and qualification notes are diligently recorded and maintained in the companys CRM platform.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Account Executives to book high-quality meetings and ensure a smooth, professional hand-off process.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Native/C2 level).
- Mindset: A strong desire to enter tech sales, proven goal orientation, and a highly competitive, positive attitude.
- Experience (Desired): Previous experience in a high-volume calling role, customer service, or lead generation is beneficial but not required. We look for potential and drive.
- Technical Interest: A fundamental curiosity about digital tools, cloud computing, and how technology helps small businesses grow.
- Work Style: Highly coachable, organized, and effective in a fast-paced team environment.
