Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to join its team for the 2026 season. As an Assistant F&B Manager, you support the Food and Beverage Manager in the daily operations of the department. This includes supervising F&B employees, resolving guest issues and liaising with other departments with care by following the company's SOPs. Responsibilities
  • Assist with the training, and development of the food and beverage team
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the food and beverage department
  • Ensure all food and beverage services comply with company and legal requirements
  • Assist with preparing food and drink menus, and ensuring their timely update, review and availability
  • Ensure efficient stock control, ordering, and stocktaking for all food and beverage outlets
  • Provide a consistently high level of service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
  • Assist with managing the food and beverage department personnel's schedule and ensuring optimal staffing levels are maintained
Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
