Ο Βοηθός Διευθυντή Καταστήματος είναι υπεύθυνος για τη διασφάλιση της επίτευξης των

ποσοτικών και ποιοτικών στόχων και της ορθής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος μέσω του

σχεδιασμού, της διαχείρισης και της ανάπτυξης σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες διαχείρισης της

εταιρείας και την εικόνα της επωνυμίας.

Θα είστε υπεύθυνοι για:

 Αυτόνομη Διαχείριση του καταστήματος λιανικής

 Δημιουργία και διατήρηση σχέσεων με τους πελάτες

 Αρίστη και εποικοδομητική συνεργασία με store manager

 Διαχείριση προσωπικού /ανθρώπινου δυναμικού (προγραμματισμός, προσλήψεις) σε

συνεργασία με store manager

 Αναφορά στον αρμόδιο προϊστάμενο (στόχοι vs. μηνιαίων αποτελεσμάτων)

 Διαχείριση της οπτικής εικόνας του καταστήματος (visual merchandiser)- Βιτρίνες, εσωτερικό

στήσιμο, on line posts

 Επίβλεψη λειτουργιών ταμείου

 Επιχειρηματικός σχεδιασμός σύμφωνα με τους KPI λιανικής (Βασικοί Δείκτες Απόδοσης

καταστήματος λιανικής) σε συνεργασία με store manager

 Αποτελεσματική διαχείριση λειτουργιών καταστήματος (λειτουργία, αποθήκη, παραγγελίες,

αναφορές, συνεχή εκπαίδευση και επικοινωνία με maxmara κοκ)

Εάν έχετε:

 Πάθος για τη μόδα

 Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση

 Εξειδίκευση στη διαχείριση καταστημάτων λιανικής

 Προηγμένη ηγεσία ομάδας και κίνητρο

 Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες

 Άπταιστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και περαιτέρω γνώση ρωσικής γλώσσας (θα

θεωρηθεί ως πρόσθετο προσόν)
