Αναζητούμε έναν/μία οργανωτικό και υπεύθυνο/η Logistics Coordinator για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας. Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θαέχει βασικό ρόλο στη διαχείριση και τον συντονισμό της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας,εξασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη και ομαλή ροή των προϊόντων από τους προμηθευτέςπρος τους πελάτες.

Καθήκοντα & Αρμοδιότητες

  • Συντονισμός καθημερινών διαδικασιών logistics και αποθήκης
  • Διαχείριση εισαγωγών και εξαγωγών
  • Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και αναφορών stock
  • Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές, συνεργάτες και μεταφορικές εταιρείες
  • Διασφάλιση έγκαιρης παράδοσης παραγγελιών και επίλυση τυχόν προβλημάτων
  • Συμμόρφωση με διαδικασίες ποιότητας και ασφάλειας

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε παρόμοια θέση (τουλάχιστον 2 έτη)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση συστημάτων ERP/WMS
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office (ιδιαίτερα Excel)
  • Οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον με αυστηρά deadlines
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Σπουδές σε Logistics, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Γνώση επιπλέον ξένης γλώσσας
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και βελτιστοποίησης διαδικασιών
