Role Overview:

As a Customer & Coordination Specialist, you'll be handling inbound queries and managing logistical or service processes for electronic product users and vendors. It's a great fit for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy clear communication and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage support requests from clients across multiple countries and languages

  • Coordinate solutions across departments to ensure timely resolution

  • Offer assistance on device usage, orders, logistics, and general inquiries

  • Ensure all service protocols are followed with care and precision

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer processes

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
