Customer Service Representatives
to join our dynamic international team. This fully remote position gives you the opportunity to
support leading global brands
while working from the comfort of your home in Greece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all interactions.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in Spanish (C1+) with good English communication skills (B1+).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work flexible rotating shifts between Monday and Sunday.
  • Currently residing in Greece or willing to relocate soon.
  • Immediate availability will be considered a strong advantage.
