About the Role:
We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Greece We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving, and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1.
Provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in Spanish and English.
Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Basic computer literacy and comfortable with CRM systems or support tools.
