Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll act as the primary contact for users through multiple communication channels. From solving account or payment issues to answering product-related questions, you'll ensure customers enjoy a smooth and satisfying experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to customers via chat and email
  • Troubleshoot login difficulties, account queries, and service requests
  • Provide clear, empathetic, and effective solutions
  • Uphold service quality and customer satisfaction standards in every interaction
  • Accurately log and track all support cases
  • Work closely with your teammates to enhance processes and improve overall support delivery

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Finnish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
