Η Kontzoglou Distribution αναζητά έναν/μία Junior Supply Chain Coordinator για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας,αναλαμβάνοντας τη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων με στόχο την εύρυθμη ροή των προϊόντωνκαι με απώτερο σκοπό την υποστήριξη των εμπορικών πλάνων της εταιρείας.

Καθήκοντα και Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων (στοκ)
  • Τοποθέτηση παραγγελιών με βάση τη ροή των προϊόντων και τα εμπορικά/προωθητικά πλάνα
  • Συνεργασία με το εμπορικό τμήμα για την κατανόηση των προβλέψεων και των αναγκών διαθεσιμότητας σύμφωνα με το προωθητικό πλάνο
  • Συνεργασία με το τμήμα logistics για τη διαχείριση παραλαβών, αποστολών και προγραμμάτων μεταφοράς
  • Συμμετοχή στη δημιουργία αναφορών για την απόδοση της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας (KPI, OOS, service level κ.λπ.)
  • Επίλυση λειτουργικών θεμάτων που σχετίζονται με παραδόσεις ή ελλείψεις

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Καλη χρήση Microsoft Excel
  • Bασική εξοικείωση με ERP συστήματα
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Κατανόηση βασικών εννοιών logistics KPIs
  • Αναλυτική και οργανωτική σκέψη
  • Διάθεση για συνεχή εκμάθηση και επαγγελματική εξέλιξη
