is expanding – and we're looking for a detail-driven
Supply Chain Coordinator
to join our team

In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing inventory management, supporting the reporting processes, and facilitating the issuance of export certificates. You will work closely with both the Purchasing and Finance teams to ensure the timely and accurate flow of inventory data and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities:

·      Oversees inventory results and assists in managing stock levels across all locations.

·      Assists with the preparation and maintenance of inventory reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.

·      Manages and processes the issuance of export certificates in line with export procedures.

·      Liaises with the Finance department to ensure accurate monthly reporting of inventory data.

·      Supports the implementation and monitoring of inventory management processes and systems.

What We're Looking For:

·      A natural organizer with sharp attention to detail.

· years of experience in a similar role.

·      Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise (a must-have).

·      Familiarity with Softone (a plus).

·      Strong knowledge of inventory & reporting best practices.
