Strategic Partners is conducting a search on behalf of a leading multinational company operating in the construction and real estate sectors. We are seeking an experienced
Civil Engineer – Project Manager
to join the team based in Thessaloniki. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Oversee procurement processes and control the supply of materials.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of services and supplies provided by all external partners and contractors.
  • Prepare regular progress and financial reports, providing accurate and timely reporting to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to secure smooth project execution.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and propose corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction or real estate sectors.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
