Job Opening: Civil Engineer

Location:
Thessaloniki, Greece

We are seeking a talented and motivated
Civil Engineer
to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and design skills, a solid understanding of Greek building regulations, and a collaborative, creative mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of
    building permit documentation
    and
    construction drawings
  • Preparation of Building Layout and Zoning Diagrams
    in accordance with
    ΝΟΚ (New Building Regulation)
  • Handling of legalization procedures for unauthorized constructions
  • Coordination with architects, engineers, and public authorities throughout all project stages
  • Contribution to the design development
    and
    technical detailing
    of architectural projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
    (University level)
  • Minimum 2 years
    of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent command of the English language
    (knowledge of a second language will be considered an asset)
  • Proficiency in 2D CAD drawing
  • Good knowledge of ΝΟΚ
    , building permit procedures, and construction legislation in Greece
