About the Position:

As a Reservation Agent, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients throughout the booking process. With your excellent communication skills and keen eye for detail, you'll ensure each customer receives a smooth and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers choose and reserve rental cars that fit their travel plans
  • Provide personalized recommendations on vehicle types, packages, and extras
  • Communicate via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle booking updates, cancellations, and any issues that arise
  • Stay informed on rental policies, deals, and industry insights to guide customers effectively
  • Accurately maintain customer and reservation records for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
