Join the team as a
Customer Support Agent
fluent in Croatian and English. You will help provide an exceptional customer experience, manage reservations, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Benefits:

  • 14 salaries (12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 split for Summer/Christmas)

  • Permanent contract, 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Relocation Info (if moving from abroad):

  • Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for hiring documents.
  • 3 weeks accommodation in a hotel close to the office.
  • Up to 300 support for relocation (first payment).
  • Legal support with hiring documents (candidates must provide required documents).

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries
  • Manage and track reservation processes
  • Solve issues and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Croatian and English
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible with working hours
  • EU citizenship or full market access residence card
