About the Role:

As a Travel Agent, you'll serve as a trusted guide throughout the booking process. Your communication skills and keen attention to detail will ensure a smooth and personalized experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in choosing and booking the ideal rental vehicle for their needs

  • Provide expert recommendations on car types, packages, and added services

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat in a professional and approachable manner

  • Handle booking updates, cancellations, and resolve any concerns with care

  • Stay informed about rental policies, promotions, and industry updates to better support customers

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and reservations to ensure high-quality service

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
