Η ManpowerGroup Greece, αναζητά για λογαριασμό πελaτών της, εταιρείες διαχείρισης χαρτοφυλακίου οφειλών στον τραπεζικό κλάδο και την ενέργεια, εκπροσώπους οι οποίοι θα στελεχώσουν θέσεις Collection Agents.

Τοποθεσία: Κέντρο και Νότια Προάστια

   Μοντέλο εργασίας: Πρωινή απασχόληση Δ-Π & /12:00-20:00

Τι θα χρειαστεί να κάνεις:

  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για την υπενθύμιση και διευθέτηση των οφειλών τους
  • Κατανόηση των οικονομικών καταστάσεων των πελατών για την εκτίμηση της ικανότητας τους να πληρώσουν
  • Διαπραγμάτευση και επίτευξη διακανονισμών για την αποπληρωμή καθυστερημένων οφειλών
  • Παρακολούθηση της πορείας καταβολής του ποσού

Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε θέσεις διαχείρισης πελατειακών σχέσεων (Εξυπηρέτησης, Πώλησης, Διαχείρισης Παραπόνων και Ληξιπρόθεσμων Οφειλών), θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
  • Αναπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές & διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
  • Άνεση & Ευγένεια στην επικοινωνία
  • Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη
