Αναζητείται υπάλληλος τηλεφωνικού κέντρου, σε μεγάλη δικηγορική εταιρεία με έδρα την Αθήνα, με σκοπό τη διαχείριση οφειλετών με ληξιπρόθεσμες οφειλές σε χρηματοπιστωτικά ιδρύματα.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για ενημέρωση σχετικά με καθυστερημένες οφειλές

  • Διερεύνηση αιτιών καθυστέρησης και πρόταση κατάλληλων ρυθμίσεων

  • Καταγραφή ενεργειών στο σύστημα διαχείρισης πελατών (CRM)

  • Παρακολούθηση χαρτοφυλακίου και ενεργή συμβολή στην επίτευξη στόχων

  • Συνεργασία με νομικό και οικονομικό τμήμα για προώθηση υποθέσεων

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε ανάλογη θέση (collection, call center, πωλήσεις ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών)

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες

  • Οργανωτικότητα και υπευθυνότητα

  • Ευχέρεια στη χρήση Η/Υ και εφαρμογών MS Office

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Οικονομικές ή Διοικητικές επιστήμες (επιθυμητό)
