Η CITYENGINEERING, τεχνική εταιρεία με έδρα στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, λόγω της ανάπτυξής της, αναζητάει άτομο να ενισχύσει το τμήμα Οικονομικών – Εισπράξεων, αναλαμβάνοντας τη διαχείριση ληξιπρόθεσμων απαιτήσεων από πελάτες για μερική απασχόληση.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση πιστωτικού ελέγχου προκαταβολών πελατών
  • Επικοινωνία με μηχανικούς για την πρόοδο και ολοκλήρωση των έργων
  • Ενημέρωση της διοίκησης για καθυστερήσεις έργων και σχετικές οικονομικές επιπτώσεις
  • Συνεισφορά στην παρακολούθηση του cash flow της εταιρείας.
  • Πρωταρχική επικοινωνία με πελάτες που έχουν εκκρεμείς οφειλές.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Απαραίτητη η καλή αριθμητική αντίληψη και η άνεση με αριθμούς
  • Οργανωτικότητα και υπευθυνότητα
  • Καλή επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με τεχνικά τμήματα.
  • Επαγγελματική συνέπεια, οργάνωση, τεκμηρίωση.
