Anamar Hotels & Resorts is expanding rapidly across the Greek islands, with a growing portfolio of hotels, villas, and hospitality projects. As we continue our development for the 2025–2027 seasons, we are seeking a Yielding & Contracting Agent to join our commercial team and strengthen our relationships with travel partners, tour operators, and global distribution channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manager contracting processes with tour operators, OTAs, B2B partners, and wholesalers
  • Negotiate commercial terms, seasonal agreements, and allotments
  • Monitor competition and market trends across key destinations (Mykonos, Santorini, Zakynthos, Skiathos, Kea, Patmos, etc.)
  • Support the development of pricing strategies, yielding, and revenue optimization
  • Maintain an updated contract database and ensure timely distribution of rates & offers
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Reservations, and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy and ADR
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term partnerships within the tourism industry
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in contracting, sales, revenue, or travel agency/tour operator roles
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Understanding of hotel distribution, B2B networks, and OTA ecosystems
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and pricing strategies
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with Greek island tourism is an advantage
