Featuring a sleek infinity-pool, lounge, restaurant and resident DJs, our vibrant seasonal location is a dynamic lifestyle concept that captures the essence of contemporary dining and entertainment making it the dining destination in Mykonos.

Main Duties

At Zuma, sushi is crafted with creativity and precision to offer an exceptional dining experience. As the Sushi Chef de Partie, you'll lead the sushi team, showcasing your skills, creativity, and attention to detail. You'll help shape the menu, guide your team, and maintain Zuma's world-class standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the sushi team, delegate duties effectively, ensuring operational standards, safety, and consistency are upheld

  • Oversee food preparation processes, minimizing waste and maintaining control of stock through regular inventory checks and planning

  • Ensure the sushi area and all sections of the kitchen are ready for service, demonstrating versatility and leadership across the kitchen

  • Estimate food needs accurately and plan orders for perishables and equipment, optimizing resources and minimizing excess

  • Maintain high standards for equipment use and handling, reducing breakages and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations

  • Support the growth of the sushi team through training, regular performance reviews, and structured onboarding for new members.
